Livingstone Landing is a sun-filled home with panoramic views of the Bras d’Or Lake and Cape Breton Highlands. Located one exit from the Cabot Trail and located within the UNESCO biosphere reserve.

Enjoy your own personal sunset every night, sitting around the fire pit or within the house itself as you sit down to dinner. The cottage has an open plan cathedral ceiling living room, dining room and full kitchen. It also has a large family room, walkout porch and full bathroom on the first floor.

The second floor has three bedrooms, 2 Queen beds and 1 Twin bedroom with office area and a charming three-piece bathroom with a picture-perfect view of the lake and a skylight over the shower area to wake you up with natural sunlight every morning.

We have satellite TV, washer/dryer, firepit and BBQ available for our guests. Including a playpen and highchair for visiting families.

Sight-seeing options are close at hand including beaches, hiking, golfing, crafts, bird watching, live music and stunning drives along the Cabot Trail.

Conveniently located restaurant options at the top of the road serving everything from breakfast, fresh baked goods, home cooked classics, Italian, steak and fresh seafood including our own local Farm to Table restaurant Gra a few minutes along Kempt Head Road.

Guests will have full access to the house except for a basement storage room that is locked.
