About

Explore over 4 kilometres of scenic walking trails at Two Rivers Wildlife Park, winding through a diverse mix of forests, wetlands, and open spaces rich in Cape Breton’s natural beauty. The trail system includes a 2.4 km interpretive loop and an additional 1.7 km extension, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy peaceful woodland walks while learning about the area’s ecology and history.

As part of your visit, you’ll also have access to the park’s unique wildlife trail, where you can observe a variety of animal residents, including moose, black bears, cougars, river otters, and more. Many of these animals are unable to return to the wild due to injury, orphaning, or being raised in captivity and now call the park home.
Whether you’re looking for a leisurely family walk, wildlife viewing opportunities, or a chance to connect with nature, the trails at Two Rivers Wildlife Park offer a one-of-a-kind outdoor experience.
Park admission applies. Leashed pets are welcome in campground, roadway, and open field areas but are not permitted on wildlife trails.
