Singer-songwriter and guitar player Brandon Bates is a founding member of emerging Sydney-based band Broken Road, whose upbeat and well-crafted original songs blend rock, blues, folk, and pop. Their high-energy performances include many recognizable cover songs that always have the audience singing along. Brandon has been playing across Cape Breton Island for more than 10 years, sharing original songs and stories, with a unique blend of folk and country, and selection of covers.
