Makin’ Waves is the soundtrack to your Cape Breton Summer, hosting five FREE weekly concerts emanating from Wentworth Park in Downtown Sydney. From world renowned artists to authentic hometown favourites, these concerts are driven by diverse music offerings across many genres and styles while bringing residents and visitors together in Cape Breton’s biggest music event of the Summer.

All shows are free admission and begin at 6PM. There are a variety of food trucks on site, our Creatives Market of local crafters, artisans, and makers, and activations from Sydney Credit Union, Cape Breton Beverages, ACAP Cape Breton, Breton Ability, and Make-a-Wish Cape Breton.
