Makin’ Waves is a free weekly summer concert series held at Wentworth Park in downtown Sydney. The popular concert series features diverse musical acts, community spirit, and live entertainment aimed at bringing people together in a scenic, accessible setting. Makin’ Waves  is presented by Sydney Credit Union and produced by the Cape Breton Regional Municipality. These concerts are made possible by the Government of Nova Scotia, Government of Canada, and Festival Partners Protocase and Cape Breton Beverages.
