Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood of Sydney in the Cape Breton Island region of Nova Scotia, Linden Tree Bed & Breakfast is centrally located in a quiet country setting with easy access to notable Cape Breton destinations such as the Fortress of Louisbourg, Miner’s Museum, Rita’s Tea Room, the famous Fiddle, The Lakes Golf Course and the famous Cabot Trail, one of the world’s most famous scenic drives with many historic communities and attractions along with way. 
We are less than 10 kilometres from Downtown Sydney and less than 5 kilometres to many restaurants and shopping destinations. Have a barbecue on the outdoor patio or relax with a cool beverage in the shady garden area. We look forward to seeing you! 
Our accommodations include two air-conditioned ground-floor rooms (Queen-sized bed, Double bed), ensuite 4-piece bath, cable television, phone, wireless Internet; futon available. Full breakfast included and served before 9 a.m. Access to living room and patio garden. German spoken.

Cancellation Policy: Must cancel 48 hours prior to day of arrival (for refund of deposit or to avoid a credit card charge).
