Granville Green in Port Hawkesbury
Port Hawkesbury & Area
About
Since 1994, a beloved tradition has taken root along the scenic shores of the Strait of Canso: a summer music festival that celebrates the best of Canadian talent. Taking place every Sunday evening from July 6 to August 10, this unique event offers a vibrant mix of performances from artists across the country, all set against a stunning coastal backdrop. The festival has become a cherished gathering for locals and visitors alike, uniting people through the power of music and community while proudly showcasing Canada’s rich and diverse musical landscape. The Granville Green festival would not be possible without presenting sponsor Everwind, as well as many other businesses, community partners and volunteers. Camp chairs and picnic blankets are welcome. In case of inclement weather, the shows will be moved into the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre.
