Ed Woodsworth’s music career began with award-winning, chart-topping Cape Breton group Realworld who had several releases on local and national radio stations, toured in the Maritimes, Ontario and Quebec, and appeared on a variety of television shows. The singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist would go on to study Jazz at St. F.X. Ed has worked as a band leader for television and stage productions, been recognized for his work as a producer, and was the recipient of the Musician’s Achievement award from the East Coast Music Association (2016). As a solo performer, Ed plays guitar and covers of many of the artists he toured and played bass with over the years.
