The Barrachois Provincial Park is located in Ironville on Cape Breton Island (located 12 km (8 mi) south of Highway 125). Formerly a farm, this picnic park is situated on a knoll under a canopy of trees providing a secluded and shaded picnicking experience. Nearby fishing opportunities are available on the Bras d’Or Lakes.
