Welcome to this modern 2-bedroom ocean side, vacation home which is packed full of modern-day comforts and located within 5 minutes drive of the restaurants, shops and fisherman’s dock of the Acadian village of Cheticamp. The property provides easy access to the Skyline Trail, Le Portage and Cabot Cliffs (which is 40 minutes away).

Enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic ocean, Cape Breton’s rugged coastline and spectacular sunsets from every room. Inside, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine in style and comfort.
The spacious living room is flooded with natural light and offers captivating ocean views and stunning evening sunsets. Enjoy a glass of wine or cold beer from your spacious 500 square foot sundeck which has 270-degree views of the ocean and local mountains. The home sits on a 1.5-acre property about 100 feet from an embankment, with a stone beach and the Atlantic ocean below. While it is not possible to climb down the embankment, there is beach access down the road along with a popular swimming beach. Children should be at least 8 years old to stay.
