Welcome to this modern 3-bedroom ocean-front, vacation home which sits on a private 7-acre estate overlooking a beach and which is located within 10 minutes of the shops and restaurants of Cheticamp. The Skyline Trail, Cape Breton National Park, whale watching (and two golf courses, including Cabot Cliffs) are all easily accessible.

Enjoy stunning views of the ocean, and spectacular sunsets from every room or the sundeck. Stroll down to the beach lookout point which offers vistas of Cape Bretons rugged coastline.
Flooded with natural light, this modern home is packed full of comforts including an open concept entertainment kitchen, 9-foot ceilings, WiFi, a 43 inch smart TV with satellite cable, and a washer and dryer All bedrooms feature ocean views, while the master bedroom as a king-size bed, a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.
Outside you’ll find a spacious west-facing sundeck along with chairs and outdoor recliners to enjoy as the sun goes down and the star gazing time begins.
Due to the steep embankment on the property, the property is not suitable for families with children under the age of 8.
