Welcome to this modern, 3-bedroom vacation home situated on a private 7-acre waterfront property with world-class ocean views and stunning sunsets. Located within 5-10 minutes of the restaurants and shops in nearby Cheticamp. The Skyline Trail, Cape Breton National Park, whale watching (and two golf courses, including Cabot Cliffs) are all easily accessible.

Flooded with natural light, this modern home is packed full of comforts including an open-concept entertainment kitchen, 9-foot ceilings, WiFi, a 43-inch smart TV with satellite cable, and a washer & dryer. All bedrooms feature ocean views, while the master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.
Outside you’ll find a spacious west-facing sundeck along with chairs and outdoor recliners to enjoy as the sun goes down and star gazing time begins.
Due to the steep embankment on the property, the property is not suitable for families with children under the age of 8.
