On the grounds of the Normaway Inn, The Barn, operated by the Barn Music and Theatre Society, presents weekly Concert-Ceilidhs on Wednesdays in July and August and Fridays in September to late October. This years first scheduled performance will be a Kitchenfest Ceilidh on July 6th.
The Barn features the best Celtic Music performers on Cape Breton along with emerging talents and impromptu guest performers. The atmosphere is informal, the acoustics are excellent, and the local crowd graciously shares the love of their music with visitors from near and far.
The concerts begin at 8 p.m. Children welcome. Beverages (including adult Beveragers) are available. To avoid disappointment book in advance by calling 902-248-2987.
