Find Jill Franklin and her crew handcrafting Nova Scotia themed chocolates at her chocolate cafe in the heart of Cape Breton. You can even try a hand at it yourself while staying at the Iona Heights Inn (on location).

Jill’s signature flavours of maple, Glen Breton™, and the ever popular sea salt caramel have been shared amongst her family, friends, the Royals and even Hollywood’s elite. They are easily enjoyed, but not easily forgotten.
