About

Freya & Thor Gallery and Café is just outside Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Formerly the Sunset Gallery, this has long been the home of folk art in Cape Breton for over 30 years. Our gallery works with over 100 artists, highlighting the best of local and Maritime-made art and craft.

From folk art, textiles, photography, ceramics, rug hooking, jewelry, books & more there is always something to see with new additions regularly! The cafe has some of the best espresso coffee in Cape Breton, cold drinks, sandwiches, and tasty, locally made treats!
Don’t miss this one of a kind stop on your way around the Cabot Trail!
