St. Ann's Bay & North Shore

About

Born from backyard birthday parties and a deep love of sharing authentic Jamaican flavours, this food truck brings a taste of the islands straight to the streets. After moving from Jamaica to Canada nearly two decades ago, the owner turned a passion for cooking into a dream business, inspired by family gatherings where no one ever left hungry. Festival, jerk chicken, curry goat, rice and peas—these classics quickly became crowd favourites, and now they’re served up with heart and hospitality to the wider community.

Opening its doors in August, the truck has already received an incredible response. Every dish is made with care, celebrating bold spices, rich flavours, and the tradition of Jamaican cuisine. Whether you’re craving the smoky heat of jerk chicken or the comforting soulfulness of curry goat, this truck promises a plate full of flavour and a taste of home.
