58th Annual Mabou Ceilidh Days Festival: Sunday (Mabou)

For more than half a century, Mabou has been buzzing with excitement every July as we host our beloved annual tradition. It’s a time for all ages to come together, enjoy the festivities, and support our community’s vital organizations. So join us this summer for some good old-fashioned fun!


Sunday, June 29

Outdoor Pioneer Mass at St. Mary’s Parish Cemetery presented in partnership with St. Mary’s Parish.

10:30am 

Mabou Farmer’s Market at the Mabou Arena.

11am-2pm 

11:30am-1:30pm: Roast Beef Dinner at the Mabou Hall presented in partnership with the Mabou Hall Committee.

11:30am-1:30pm | $25 / $12 (under 12) 

Lucky Duck Race + Teddy Bear Picnic + Children’s Book Reading: Shark Girl with Katie Beaton at MacMillan’s Farm, Glendyer. Name your duck, e-transfer your payment ($5/duck) to [email protected] then watch them race Sunday afternoon! After the race, bring your favourite teddy bear along and join us in the meadow for storytime with Katie as she reads from her book Shark Girl. Snacks will be served.

2pm

Step Back in Time with horse and wagon rides through historic Mabou.

4-6pm | $10

KitchenFest! with Glenn Graham, Andrea Beaton, Jackie Dunn-MacIsaac, and Colin MacDonald at the Red Shoe Pub.

4-7pm | $15

Annual Mabou Ceilidh Concert at the Mabou Hall. Presented in partnership with the Mabou Hall Committee.

7:30-10pm | $12
