Buckle up for a guided jeep tour with Cape Breton Backcountry Adventures! Explore off-the-beaten-path areas only accessible with local guides and expert drivers. Hear local stories and insights on the region’s rich history, from the local wildlife and fishing to the stunning landscape. When the view is just right, you’ll stop for a picnic lunch from The Dancing Goat Café, offering local favourites and, of course, Cape Breton oat cakes.

  • Guided, 3-hour Jeep Tour with Cape Breton Backcountry Adventures
  • Picnic lunch from The Dancing Goat Café, including a sandwich, treat and bottled water
Offered: Daily until November 14, 2025
Price: $185 + HST per person, minimum of two guests
Pick up Location: Two Macs Gallery, 6288 Cabot Trail, North East Margaree
Good to Know:
  • Kids under 12 are free with a paying adult. One kid per adult.
  • Cape Breton Backcountry Adventures will be in contact in advance of the travel date to finalize your lunch order.
  • There are no washroom facilities at the pickup location. Please plan to use a facility before arriving.
  • Please contact Cape Breton Backcountry Adventures for special requests, such as an alternative pick-up location or preferred tour destination
Conditions:
Advance booking required. Minimum of two guests required for the tour to take place; maximum of four. Guests must notify Cape Breton Backcountry Adventures at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time will not receive a refund.
