The J. Franklin Wright Art Gallery at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre was officially inaugurated in 2006. It is named after our resident internationally acclaimed marine artist. The Gallery is regarded as a cultural space for the purpose of displaying artwork.
- Present, promote and collect the finest works of art available, with emphasis on the artistic traditions of our communities.
- Educate and broaden understanding of the visual arts.
