Located near beautiful Marble Mountain beach, Marble Mountain Estates vineyard and Dundee golf course. 
Cape Breton’s famous Cabot Trail is only 1.5hr driving distance.
You will have both bunkies, picnic/cooking area (cooking utensils, BBQ, lights, stove etc), outdoor shower, incinerating & composting toilets, firepit, beach/kayaks, the entire property to yourselves as well as access to a wood fired sauna nearby.
