4 rooms (1 queen bed or 2 double beds), all with ensuite private bath.  SaTV, free Wi-Fi. Continental breakfast. Large Victorian house (c 1901), covered verandah; BBQ, bicycles, and kayaks. 

Walking distance to restaurants and shops in Inverness; sandy Inverness Beach, hiking trails, fishing and boat tours nearby. Overlooks Cabot Links and nearby sister golf course, Cabot Cliffs.
