Are you savvy on social media, a great communicator, and know your way around a camera?
We are seeking two professional, courteous, outgoing students to play a significant role in capturing the Cape Breton Island tourism experience to highlight on our social media channels. You’ll travel around the Island to many of our amazing experiences and accommodations, perform interviews with tourism operators, and capture it all on camera to post on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. You’ll also do live broadcasts.

Our Content Coordinator will work closely with the members of DCBA’s Marketing Team in implementing the objectives of the marketing strategy. Specifically, the individual will work closely with our content development team coordinating details of video and photography shoots; creating timelines, shot lists, logistics, reviewing branding guidelines, being on-site for each shoot, and much more. Managing the website is another major task for the individual, ensuring each landing page is consistent and aligns with our brand standards as well as creating content (blogs, itineraries, event listings, operator listings, etc.) which populates cbisland.com.
