Margaree River Water & Glamping Adventure

8139 Cabot Trail, Margaree Forks

902-292-6331

Unplug in style – close to off-grid but with comfort!

Our eco-camping partner property knows adventure and will take you drifting along the Margaree River in their mesh-lined tubes complete with a tube to fill with your own snack and drinks. Take a break and relax on the world-famous Margaree River. Let the currents carry you downstream as you dip your toes in the river. Keep your eyes peeled for salmon, bald eagles and the occasional otter.

Spend the night cooking at your own campfire and sleeping under millions of stars in an East Coast Glamping safari-style tent equipped with twin camping cots, bed linens and campfire cooking gear. Set overlooking the picturesque Margaree Valley and situated at the gateway to the Cabot Trail, Live Life in Tents offers an eco-hostel atmosphere.  Each site has a solar camping outdoor shower and toilets are eco-camping outhouses.

On day two enjoy an SUP adventure tour, beginning at Margaree River Forks, and weaving you through a series of salmon pools, into the lush interval farmlands. This guided SUP tour offers a little more than your typical flatwater paddle. No experience required, just a fun attitude and confidence!

Package includes:

  • Two Nights Glamping in a Safari Style tent equipped with 2 to 4 beds, rug, lantern and cooking gear;
  • Campsite fees
  • Complimentary Coffee
  • Wifi is available at the Camp Office
  • River Tubing experience for 2 to 4 people along the Margaree River;
  • SUPing experience for 2 to 4 people
