About
The Beardmans Art House by the Sea is a 4½-star oceanfront vacation home surrounded by wonderful flower gardens and a breathtaking ocean view. The house offers beautiful, relaxing and spacious rooms for a maximum of 6 persons.
It was the studio of NYC artist and painter John Beardman, and was built following Feng Shui principles. The first floor is open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, eating area, and a cozy living room with a TV for entertainment. There are three bedrooms upstairs with one queen bed, one full bed, and two twins, and the bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. We also offer free Wifi for our guests.
The beach can easily be accessed via a set of stairs.
The house is very close to the Atlantic Ocean and there are no fences around the property, so for safety reasons we wouldn’t recommend the house for families with small children.
This house is truly a very special place and we would ask people to treat the house with the utmost respect.
No pets are allowed, and no smoking.
