Michael Young, a native of Troy, Inverness County, is a dynamic force in the music scene, mastering genres from blues and country to rock, folk, and soul. Known for his musical prowess since his early teens, Michael is a familiar name in Cape Breton’s music circles. A recent graduate of the two-year Music Arts program at NSCC, he has refined his skills as a songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist. Michael’s versatility shines through in his performances, effortlessly transitioning between country, blues, and rock. His powerful vocals and impactful blues and rock style are sure to ignite any party.
