About
Coxheath native Tori (Victoria) McDougall is a triple-threat performer who sings, plays multiple instruments, and writes songs, as well as being an accomplished dancer. Recognized for her strong vocals as “Elsa” in the Highland Arts Theatre’s production of Frozen, the versatile musician has been in more than 15 shows at the Savoy Theatre, Highland Arts Theatre, and other venues and was a featured performer in the Makin’ Waves Music Festival’s Frontstage Program during the summer of 2024. Winner of the Sister Rita Clare Scholarship in 2024, McDougall has been pursuing a music degree at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, and released her debut single, "Serenity," in June 2025.
