Joyful Christmas Time at the Boardmore Theatre with the Second Wind Community Band

Second Wind Community Band’s annual Christmas Show will bring joyful childhood memories into the hearts of us all and hopefully bring out our inner child. Second Wind will continue to support the Every Woman’s Center with a collection during the show for donations to be given to the Center to help with being sustainable through Christmas and into the new year. The Band is excited to have Tenor soloist Joe Renzi back to animate some of those wonderful memories and lessons at Christmas through his spoken voice as well as singing. Nothing better than young people’s voices and enthusiasm on our stage joining us by accompanying us with their singing and percussive sounds. We welcome students from Munro Academy. The show will be hosted by Wendy Bergfeldt from CBC Cape Breton Radio’s Mainstreet. Tickets are are available from any band member and at On The Same Page bookstore at 311 Charlotte Street in Sydney. Take some time and come to hear the joyful sounds of Second Wind Community Band and Friends and remember some of your happy memories of times gone by, or create new ones.
