Overview

We at the Ceilidh Country Lodge are very proud to call Baddeck our home. Located in the heart of beautiful Cape Breton Island and is the beginning and end of the world famous Cabot Trail, our lovely lakeside village has been a destination for Nova Scotia visitors for as long as we can remember. Both residents and visitors just love the slow-paced hustle and bustle of Baddeck – you’ll see what we mean when you get here!

Our property is within walking distance from downtown Baddeck and has an excellent view of the Bras d’Or Lakes that you may enjoy from our numerous lawn chairs.

We are delighted to offer you quaint, comfortable and affordable accommodations which include a variety of bed configurations with all the amenities you need. Included with your stay is a filling continental breakfast to fuel you for a day of exploring.

If you need a little relaxation and pampering during your time with us, don’t miss the Inverary Spa! Just a few minutes’ walk from your guest room, you may book a deep tissue or hot stone massage, enjoy a facial, waxing or manicure and pedicure, all the while sipping on sparkling wine in our fluffy robes. Enjoy the heated pool and outdoor hot tub after your treatment.

After your exploring, grab a bite to eat and a drink at the Taste of Nova Scotia featured Lakeside Restaurant – just a few minutes’ walk from your room – where the chefs focus on made-in-house dishes and bountiful Nova Scotia seafood – including lobster! Stick around after dusk for a roaring lakeside bonfire with s’mores.

The team here at Ceilidh Country Lodge is some of the most welcoming and accommodating you will ever meet, and we look forward to having you spend some time with us.
