Seniors skating is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Membertou Sports and Wellness Centre. Skating gets your heart pumping and improves circulation, which is essential for maintaining heart health, especially if you’re a senior. Skate and helmet rentals are available at the Skate Shop. There are limited sizes and availability. Rentals are first-come, first-served. Helmets are required for all skating programs.
