Our head Sushi Chef, Hak Sang Sung is originally from South Korea. He immigrated to Canada in 2007 with his family and has run Japanese restaurants in Manitoba and New Brunswick. Drawn by the beauty of Cape Breton Island Sung moved to Sydney in July 2015. Knowing Cape Bretoners appreciation for fine food, he has chosen to share his creations with those who will truly enjoy them. We also feature daily lunch specials from 11:00am – 2:30pm.
