Inverness Beach Village overlooks a stunning 2.9-mi / 4.6-km sandy beach situated .15 mi / .25 km from the village of Inverness on Cape Breton Island. Our guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach, swimming and beachcombing. In the evenings, relax on your cottage deck and enjoy one of our spectacular sunsets.
Nearby attractions and activities include the Miners Museum, golfing, boat charters, and whale-watching tours. Within an hours drive, visitors can take a scenic drive along the world famous Cabot Trail and explore the many attractions along the way including the Acadian village of Chéticamp.
Our accommodations include 41 housekeeping cottages (Double, Twin; 1- or 2-bedroom), with a 4-piece bath, cable television, wireless Internet access, and a full-size deck with a picnic table and chairs. The entire property is non-smoking. Guest amenities include laundry facilities, tuck shop and a pay phone. Guest features include a playground, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball. Fine and casual dining are nearby.

Cancellation Policy: For reservations of a week or more Must cancel 4 weeks prior to arrival date for refund of deposit, minus a $30 administration fee. For reservation of less than one week Must cancel 2 weeks prior to day of arrival for refund of deposit, minus a $30 administration fee. For reservations made on day of arrival or 1-2 days before Must cancel 48 hours prior to day of arrival for refund of deposit, minus a $30 administration fee.
