For their lobster-licious dish, BeaverTails are doing a lobster poutine, or “Pou-Tail” as they call it. This dish features fresh lobster on their signature whole wheat pastry, hand stretched, and topped with Quebec cheese curds, and vegetable gravy. It’s a Canadian classic with an extra special east coast twist.
