Famous Port Hood sunsets on oceanfront home with a private beach! Three bedrooms, two baths.
Very private vacation home on two acres with no neighbours on either lot facing the ocean. Step onto the deck and in three seconds… unwind, rejuvenate and relax. Very private three-bedroom home that sleeps eight with two king and two queen beds. Maple hardwood floors throughout, 4 stainless steel appliances along with washer & dryer in main floor bathroom. Refrigerator has filtered water ice maker for your convenience. 66-inch cast iron clawfoot tub with hand-held shower in one bathroom and spa shower in other.
Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the 500-square-foot deck that is partly covered and has latched gates on both sides for the young ones, or watch from your private beach below. You can even watch the sunset while taking a wonderful and relaxing bubble bath.
Fully equipped kitchen and all linens. Illy coffees and tea are provided. Coffeemaker, bean grinder and French press. Includes BBQ, Wi-fi and HD TV with HD DVD Blu-Ray player with Netflix capability. Wood-burning stove for cooler fall evenings. Walk up the driveway and the Co-op grocery store is right next door, with very friendly local staff to serve you.
Available for Celtic Colours International Festival in October. An outdoor lobster pot is provided, for outdoor cooking only, to prevent the fragrance lingering indoors into the next reservation.
There are NO OTHER FEES PAID BY THE GUESTS other than the applicable HST which the # is listed on the contract. Cleaning fee of $120 is included in the weekly rental fee.
Minimum age is required, maximum of 8 guests.
No smoking or incense. This is a fragrance-free environment. No dogs.
Shampoo, conditioner and hand soap are supplied.
