Dove House Bed & Breakfast Harbourside is a light and airy waterfront home on Queen Street, lined with mature trees and heritage homes in the centre of town. Nothing compares to a waterfront setting and what a great way to relax, take in the scenery or watch the world go by than on our veranda after a busy day. We are a pleasant walk to downtown North Sydney, Indian Beach, Monroe Park and local recreational facilities. We offer off-street parking for any size vehicle.
Enjoy the magnificent scenery and many exciting attractions, activities, festivals and events that are within a short drive from Dove House, including the famous Cabot Trail, Highland Village, Historic Fortress Louisbourg and Alexander Graham Bell Museum. Also, very popular are bird and whale watching tours which are nearby. Marine Atlantic Newfoundland Ferries are just 1.5 km from our Bed & Breakfast.
We offer a comfortable, home-like environment with 2 guestrooms with ensuite 4-piece baths and 1 two-bedroom unit with private 4-piece bath. Guests will enjoy a restful night on high quality sleep sets and bedding. A full breakfast is served between 7:00 am and 8:30 am. Morning beverage service and evening refreshments are available. For our guests’ convenience we offer wireless high speed Internet access. Very reasonable rates! Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted. Multiple-night discounts offered!
