À propos
Experience an artist at work in is his personal creative space and see his latest creation come to life in person with world renowned artist Doug Fraser! Doug paints in oil on canvas and although he has been painting and creating for over four decades, this year, Doug Fraser Art, is celebrating 25 years as a full-time professional artist! Born and raised into a family steeped in the Cape Breton Celtic traditions in Inverness, Doug Fraser is deeply connected to the land and spirit of this place. His pursuit is light, and his unique style enables him to create that ethereal perspective he has become so well known for in his landscape and seascapes. His work is found in corporate and private collections worldwide. His gallery/studio is found on his family land where he lives with his wife just five minutes from the Village of Inverness, overlooking the Northumberland Strait.
When not creating in the studio he is often found working in his onsite sculpture garden. Join Doug for an artist led tour of his gallery and sculpture garden for a conversation thru art! This is an all-ages welcome experience!
