Flavor on the Water, the flagship restaurant, of the Flavor Restaurant Group is located in the Sydney Waterfront District. It is found in the Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion next to the “Big Fiddle” on the new beautifully designed harbour side boardwalk. Locally owned and operated with a focus on local products and contemporary cuisine. We specialize in local seafood but are also known for our unique vision of contemporary comfort food.
