Family Event – March 7th-13th, 2021
Join us for some winter fun for the whole family! Snow art, treasure hunt, playground games, and a walk-in a winter wonderland are in the forecast for the Chéticamp Campground. Whether you choose to join us for a snowshoe hike, some skiing, or simply a walk in the crisp winter air, you’re sure to have a fun-filled afternoon. The event runs from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 pm March 7th-13th and will be followed by snacks, hot chocolate, and music in La Rigouèche – a cozy kitchen shelter. This activity is presented in partnership with La Société Saint-Pierre, ÉcolePlus, and Cape Breton Highlands National Park.
Bring your snowshoes or skis – we will have some snowshoes available for those who don’t have any.
Evening Hike – 7pm
Snowshoe, ski or simply stroll under the full moon in a winter wonderland! This energizing event will be followed by tasty treats and live music in the cozy kitchen shelter at La Rigouèche within the Chéticamp Campground.
Simply walk with us or bring your snowshoes or skis – we will have some snowshoes available for those who don’t have any.
