Two Rivers Wildlife Park Winter Light Up
Event Dates: December 18-23 & 28-30 • 5:00pm-8:00pm
The attraction includes a horse-drawn wagon ride from the park’s parking lot that takes you to the trail that has been decorated for Christmas by park employees and volunteers.
The wagon ride ends in front of the recreation cabin, which serves as the first stop on the tour.
Inside is hot chocolate and a hotdog (included in the admission price) and musicians playing guitars and singing Christmas carols.
From there you venture out the back door onto the trail where you will walk about half a kilometre, through there it is all lit up with Christmas lights, there are a few different displays.
Besides outdoor displays, there are a few cabins with displays. A couple of covered bridges also have displays.
Santa, the star attraction on the trail, is found at the very end of the tour in a warm cabin.
Tickets are $10 per person and free for children two and under. Advance sales are available by contacting the park at 902-727-2483.
The tour takes about an hour to complete so those interested are advised to arrive no later than 7:30 p.m.
