Join instructors Blaine Carter and Robin Thompson this holiday long weekend to nourish yourself with a restorative winter experience on the Cabot Trail. Take in the elements of the outdoors through guided snowshoeing*, enjoy the stillness of cozy candlelit Restorative and Yin practices in the evenings, and gentle mindful movement in the mornings. Healthy , delicious and freshly prepared vegan meals will nourish the system**.
Please note that the current Covid-19 recommendations and guidelines as per the Nova Scotia Health Authority will be in place. All guests will receive a detailed guide after booking. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact [email protected]
* Weather permitting, snowshoes provided (rental cost included in retreat fees), or BYO.
In the event of no snow, an all weather hike will take place instead
** Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
Stay in a chalet, yurt, or lodge room! Pricing varies depending on chosen accommodation. Please phone or email for more details.
Fees include: 6 meals, 2 nights accommodation, use of snowshoes, main lodge and property amenities, and all activities as identified below.
Not included in fees: Alcohol
Appropriate outdoor weather clothing is recommended to participate in activities. Participants are also asked to bring personal yoga items such as mat and meditation cushion if used, journal and pen, slippers/ socks for indoor use, and bon fire blanket, and hot tub wear!
Late Checkouts for 12:30pm on Monday are arranged for the retreat.

2:30-3:30pm: Meet and Greet

4-5pm: Welcome introductory walk-about around the property
5:30-6:30pm: Dinner in Main Lodge (covid “bubble” in place within lodge)
7:00-8:00pm: Yin Yoga Practice
8:30pm: Bonfire
Optional hot tub, or purchase of “beverage” in main lodge (must be consumed onsite inside)
7:30-8:30am: Gentle/ Slow Yoga
8:30-9:30am: Breakfast in Main Lodge
9:30-10:15am: Meditation
10:30am-12:00pm: Guided Snowshoe Hike
12:30-1:30pm: Lunch in Main Lodge
Free Time
3:30-5pm: Group Program: winter aligning to purpose/ manifest, standing body joint sequence, journaling
6:00-7:00pm: Dinner
7:30-8:30pm: Restorative Yoga
8:30pm: Bon Fire

7:30-8:30am: Gentle/ Slow Yoga
8:30-9:30am: Breakfast in Main Lodge
9:30-10:15am: Meditation
10:30am-11:30am: gentle movement, journal, nourishing winter daily rituals
11:30am-12:30pm: pack up/ Free Time to enjoy amenities
12:30-1:30pm: Lunch in Main Lodge/ check out
1:30pm: Depart, Optional off-site group hike on the way home
