Event Dates: February 15-17, 2020
Join us this holiday long weekend to help nourish yourself with a restorative winter experience. Taking in the elements of the outdoors through guided snowshoeing*, fresh air, and star-gazing from the hot tub, and then warm up inside with some blankets and yoga props to enjoy the stillness of cozy candlelit Restorative and Yin practices in the evenings, and gentle mindful movement in the mornings.
There will be plenty of time to curl up inside with a book in front of the fire, enjoy the outdoor hot tubs, or hang out together in the games room (pool table, ping pong, board games, a library of books). Think comfy chairs, blankets and fuzzy slippers. We will finish off both nights with outdoor bonfires. Option to book personal appointments for Acupuncture and Massage** during free time.
Healthy hot and delicious, freshly prepared meals will nourish the system with seasonal farm to table ingredients, bringing the vitality of nutrients with a fully vegan menu*.
Fees include 6 meals, 2 nights accommodation, use of snowshoes, main lodge and property amenities, and all activities as identified below.
Not included in fees: Alcohol, wellness appointments ($90+tax 1 hr Massage, $80+tax 1 hr Acupuncture)

We all need some motivation to leave the house, put our boots on and hit the trails. Some do it to stay in shape, some do it to meet fellow hikers and some do it just to reconnect with Mother Nature.

Cross country skiing in the highlands is definitely unlike any skiing we had done before. There’s no groomed track or perfectly flat terrain to ski, instead it’s an adventure in its own right every time we venture into the snowy highlands.
