The Lennox Passage Yacht Club, a non-for-profit organization, was formed in 1980 with the initial objective of saving the D’Escousse Wharf from its impending destruction (a goal that was achieved). They started with a group of 20 concerned citizens and have grown to their present size of over 100 members. The membership includes people from all over North America and the club hosts visitors from around the world.
Harbourfest is hosted yearly on the Natal Day long weekend as a family friendly festival. The festival will host various activities, including a BBQ, boat parade, talent show, card play, and adult dance.
