Jim Ralph is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist and educator who, for the past 30 years, has performed nationally and internationally with a variety of artists, and locally throughout Cape Breton and the Maritimes as a solo act. He draws from a vast array of musical influences including rock, pop, country, jazz, and blues, and brings these to every performance. While Jim still performs regularly throughout the Maritimes and beyond, he now makes his home in Cape Breton, sharing his knowledge and experiences to help students foster a love and appreciation for music and music performance.
