Englishtown Mussel Festival

$5 Admission Fee children under 12 Free, Meals include Mussels (two huge trays), Lobster Dinner & Lobster Rolls. All meals $12 and include Dessert, Tea or Coffee. There will be a BBQ on site with Kosher Hot Dogs, Burgers and vegetarian options will be available. For the children: Face painting, pop corn machine, and Cotton Candy.

We will have a touch tank from Aquaculture Association of Nova Scotia, live mussels and lobster for viewing.

Guest Speaker: Tom Smith, Executive Director of the AANS. He is the former CEO of Fair Trade Canada the topic is ‘The opportunity to develop aquaculture in our coastal communities as a strong contributor to rural economic development’ (Time of theis event is TBD).

Music: Buddy MacDonald & Rachel Davis, Darrel Keigan, Tracy & Michael Cavanaugh, Jessi Cox, Rocky Shore and so much more

Tug of War (team of ten men) starts at 5pm (at the fir Hall)
