Goat Island is home to the award winning Eskasoni Cultural Journeys Mi’kmaw cultural tourism
experience. To further tell the story of our Mi’kmaq people and our lifestyle, we welcome you to
to have an afternoon in an ice-fishing hut and learn how to “do just that”!
After we finish “our catch”, we will enjoy cooking our fresh fish over an open pit back on Goat island
where your meal will be complimented with warm drinks and Bannock.
Maximum 8 persons per hut.
Cost: $40.00 per person
