Elements of Kula and Live Life In Tents are thrilled to bring you one amazing weekend retreat this coming February deep in the mountains of Cape Breton. This three-day retreat will be a mix of fitness, adventure, connection, and food. We’ve got so many amazing activities planned this weekend and we’re excited to spend it with you!

Unify – Breathwork, connect to movement.
Enhance – Strength, flow-based.
Peaceful pebbles, hot stone treatment.
Snowshoe through beautiful hardwood stands with LLIT and enjoy cocktails overlooking the Margaree River Valley.
Enjoy a whole weekend of catering by renown Chef Bryan Picard from the Bite House.
Relax by the fire watching the snowfall or sweat it out under the stars with Darling Banya’s pop up the sauna.
Accommodations *note this will be a hostel-style. Cots, Sleeping bags and Pillows all provided; feel free to bring any extra items needed.
Food *The main meals are provided and catered by The Bite House, please feel free to bring any extra snacks you would like for the weekend.
