Breagh Kelly is a talented singer-songwriter known for captivating audiences at festivals and local venues. A Bachelor of Arts Community Studies student majoring in Music at Cape Breton University, she has performed three times as an emerging artist on the Makin’ Waves stage. Breagh enjoys collaborating with her dad, Jerome, who plays in the band Thirdwheel.
