Musique Royale presents the Best of Boxwood 2019 tour, combining colourful and eclectic sounds with the finesse of classical technique to create a salute to the traditional dance music of the Canadian Maritimes, along with that of Scotland & Ireland! Joining flutist Chris Norman, founder of the Festival, are David Greenberg with rich experience in Cape Breton and Baroque violin; Celtic harp player Patsy Seddon; Scottish Gaelic singer Cathy-Ann MacPhee; and guitarist and banjo player Eamon O’Leary. The concert brings to life the beautiful acoustics of the Malagawatch Church. Tickets are $20 (available online at www.musiqueroyale.com or at the door). The concert starts at 7:30pm.
