A Fire-cooked Feast with Flo Sampson in concert!

Come to Cabot Shores to experience hearty flavors. Our chefs Ron & Nicole use an open wood-fired grill, smoker and wood-fired pizza oven to create dishes ranging from roasted garden vegetables and flatbreads, to smoked fish, meats and tofu. 

Complement these savory dishes with local Big Spruce craft beer, Nova Scotian wines and fresh-squeezed apple cider from apples out of our orchard. Caper Flo Sampson will then give a concert on stage in our lodge. The piano playing legend and singer is the winner of the 2014th Stompin’ Tom Award. After the concert, Flo will lead a free-wheeling kitchen party jam – all are invited to join or simply enjoy.
