Cape Breton Orchestra

116 Commercial Street

From popular classics, such as Dukas’ Sorcerers’ Apprentice and the fiery Csardas, to the stirring “English Folk Suite” and selections from Peer Gynt, the Cape Breton Orchestra will present a show suitable for a wide range of musical tastes.

The CBO will be joined by featured vocalist Margaret MacPherson with a full orchestral rendition of Leon Dubinsky’s “Rise Again.” Percussionist Michelle Xidos will play a delightful xylophone solo that will inspire visions of carnivals and spring fairs.

Also helping rounding out the show is the Malcolm Munro Middle School Choir and The So-Fa-So-Good acapella group.
