Located in Ingonish, The Point Cottages by the Sea is privately nestled on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in the unspoiled Highlands of Cape Breton Island. If you are searching for a virtual Eden, far from the bright lights and bustle of the city life, this is the place for you to vacation. Go for a walk on our 15-acre seaside estate where you will enjoy the splendor of the ocean, whales, dolphins, and seabirds or take advantage of the adjacent wharf, where you can fish or go on a boat tour. There are unsurpassed views of Cape Smokey, Middle Head, Ingonish Island, North Bay and the surrounding Highlands and The Point Cottages by the Sea is situated in the heart of it all. While staying with us explore Ingonish, hike one of the many trails in Cape Breton Highlands National Park or play a round of golf at Highlands Links which is just 5 km away.
Accommodations include 6 housekeeping cottages (Single, Double, Queen; 1, 2, & 3-bedrooms), with 4-piece bath, kitchenette, microwave, gas barbeque, sundeck with an ocean view, satellite television and electric heat. We are a private 15-acre estate located by the ocean and sand beach. We are also adjacent to the wharf for fishing and boat tours.
