Inverness Beach Village overlooks a stunning 2.9-mi / 4.6-km sandy beach situated .15 mi / .25 km from the village of Inverness on Cape Breton Island. Our guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach, swimming and beachcombing. In the evenings, relax on your cottage deck and enjoy one of our spectacular sunsets. Nearby attractions and activities include the Miner’s Museum, golfing, boat charters, whale-watching tours, deep-sea fishing and horseback riding. Within an hour’s drive, visitors can take a scenic drive along the world-famous Cabot Trail and explore the many attractions along the way including the Acadian village of Chéticamp.   Inverness Beach Village offers both open and wooded campground sites. Our accommodations include 37 overnight sites  – 15 unserviced  and 23 serviced (15 amp electrical and water hookup). All sites come with a picnic table and fireplace. Guest amenities include flush toilets, showers, washrooms, disposal station, laundry facilities, and tuck shop. Guest features include a children’s playground, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball. Gourmet and casual dining is nearby. We are a proud member of the Campground Owners Association of Nova Scotia and the Tourism Industry Association of Nova Scotia. Visa, MasterCard and Direct Debit area accepted.
